- Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience as an automotive accounting clerk preferred.
- Experience with Dealertrack and Microsoft Outlook and Excel preferred (not required).
- Positive attitude; team-oriented, flexible, and detail-focused.
- Ability to maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual is a plus.
- Post vehicle deals and calculate commissions.
- Prepare weekly payroll for sales staff and reconcile commission schedules.
- Reconcile schedules related to deal postings (COD, incentives, service contracts, aftermarket products).
- Submit incentive reimbursements.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Processing cash, check, and credit card deposits.
- Submitting aftermarket transmittals and payments.
- Posting and paying accounts payable bills.
- Posting and reconciling manufacturer monthly statements.
