- Be a safety advocate and drive safety program improvements
- Serve as a technical resource in EHS compliance and risk management
- Participate in incident investigations and analyze accident data
- Interface with Human Resources on return to work programs
- Lead safety and ergonomic analysis
- Manage environmental programs and conduct EHS reviews
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs
- Perform all job duties in a safe and ethical manner
- Act within ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of safety or environmental experience in manufacturing
- Experience in EHS regulatory compliance
- Good technical and project management skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred
- OSHA 30 hr course or equivalent
- Experience with safety programs such as ISO 9001 and VPP
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) a plus
- Physical ability to lift 30 to 50 pounds

Job Description
