We're growing fast and we encourage you to join us as Medical Professional LPN in order to help donors and patients expand your career development potential access to professional opportunities there are so many ways Octapharma Plasma can enhance your life and career our strong growth is creating great learning career development opportunities throughout our company especially our donation centers if you love to learn enjoy people have real heart to help we encourage you to join us as medical professional LPN this is what you'll do determines donor eligibility new return donors plasmapheresis procedures immunizations conducting evaluations ensure criteria plasma donors met accordance with SOPs Food Drug Administration FDA Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act CLIA cGMP reviews informed consent forms plasmapheresis immunization includes explanation procedures potential adverse events immunization schedules possible antibody formation dose administration offering clear opportunity for donor refuse participation performs medical history reviews health assessments donors uses SOPs facilitate compliance regulations reviews donor management system or immunization paperwork ensure accuracy completeness reviews accumulated data timely fashion confirm eligibility consults with center Licensed Physician needed classifies donors appropriate program monitors donor reactions plasmapheresis documents accordingly performs duties Hyperimmune Program applicable described SOPs reviews all normal abnormal test results in donor management system Nexlynk determine continued donor eligibility ensures confidentiality employee donordonor records while performing all duties counsels donors abnormal test results eligibility concerns defers them according desired matrix refers donorto appropriate county/state health department similar follow diagnostic testing when applicable per SOP perform other duties assigned
