- Perform fabrication and welding operations for large hoppers and tanks, including leakproof processes, according to documented manufacturing procedures and prints.
- Set up and operate Miller Axcess 40v wire feeder and Miller Axcess 300 pulse welder.
- Weld the tank and hopper walls using MIG and Pulse practices
- Use of jigs and fixtures required for a majority of all day-to-day operations.
- Self-inspect and evaluate the quality of products before forwarding to the next step in the fulfillment process
- Blueprint reading and ability to read and interpret weld symbols
- Ability to perform basic structural weld joints such as T, Lap, Corner to corner, Butt
- Skilled in MIG and Pulse welding procedures and operations, some TIG
