Job summary
This position is a role on a regional business transformation team. The role will work with Business Leaders to identify opportunities for profitable growth and driving business transformation while leveraging the Toyota Production System (TPS) specifically focused on Continuous Improvement (CI). Additionally this role requires operational experience and an understanding of business financials functions and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with functional leaders in order to drive change.Responsibilities
- Owns the learning application and adoption of Lean principles and practices for a particular function within a regional business with the goal of building localized self sufficiency sustainability and scalability of improvement effort within the function.
- Drives the use of big data analytics tools adopting AI to tackle system level problems.
