    What you will do:
    Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to draw top talent globally.
    Utilize multiple channels like employee referrals, social media, networking, and online tools/platforms to create a strong pool of aspirants.
    Create sourcing channels that align with both current and future pipeline needs.
    Leverage market data and insights to ensure informed communication.

    Drive recruiting campaigns (online, events, talent ambassador) in conjunction with our hiring partners while also assessing and developing creative strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.


    What we are looking for:
