What Will You Do?As a Mental Health Professional III, you'll provide exceptional, patient-focused care by delivering supervised mental health services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting one-on-one, group, and family psychoeducational and process groups.
• Developing treatment plans and attending treatment planning meetings.
• Assessing patient safety status and responding to potential safety issues or changes.
• Completing assessments, group notes, and documentation promptly and in compliance with requirements.
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to assess discharge planning needs and conduct post-discharge follow-up.

What Will You Need?

• Qualifications: Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited university.
• Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required, Basic Cardiac Life Support, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications within 30 days of employment.
• Experience: Prior experience working with psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient setting. Experience in case management, discharge planning, and crisis management preferred.
