Job summary
To be fully engaged in providing Quality/No Harm, Customer Experience and Stewardship by performing designated ADL and HHA skills as assigned by, and under the supervision of an RN.
Performing HHA skills as taught/directed by the RN Supervisor.
Maintaining regular work attendance as scheduled.
Maintaining accurate, legible documentation of patient care provided
Turn in payroll documents by designated deadlines.
- Safely operate a motor vehicle as evidenced by driving record for 3 years prior to employment
