- Prepares technical requirements, standards, and proposals for new information security systems.
- Understands and consults on cloud-based deployments and architectures.
- Participates in the implementation of security solutions to enhance incident response.
- Investigates and responds to security events and alerts.
- Tracks and manages security incidents from detection to resolution.
- Advanced knowledge in Linux administration and Docker/Podman deployments.
- Experience with cloud technologies, scripting, incident response processes, and more.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in complex business environments with exposure to Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related domains.
- Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

About the Job and Company: We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our Cybersecurity Incident Response team. You will have the chance to work in a hybrid model, spending 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

Incident Response Software Engineer Responsibilities
Candidates with 2 or more years of experience will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of the incident response platform and infrastructure, tuning automated response tools, and incident investigation. Those with 4 or more years of experience will also identify gaps, build additional tooling, and mentor team members.
