Hours: Flex 7:30/8am – 4/4:30pm EST
Pay: $45k-$49k Permanent
Citizenship: USC/GREENCARD
Job Description:
One of our insurance clients is looking for a Personal Lines Processor in Troy, MI. The responsibilities of this role include:
Download suspense (policies, eDocs, claims)
Communication log (new business audit, endorsement audit)
Attachments (renewals, endorsement changes)
Claims (loss notice attachments, loss notice input, carrier claim report review)
Renewal check (comparing renewals/expiration reports for slow increase triggering re-quote for account managers)
Other tasks may include, but are not limited to: mortgage requests, underwriting, forms, and requote assistance.
Must Haves:
1-3 years experience in the insurance industry
Comfortability being "behind the scenes"
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Plusses:
Property and Casualty (P&C) license
Experience with Epic or another transferrable system
Compensation:
$40,000k +
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
