Job summary

We are seeking a highly qualified IT Service Desk II professional to join a well-rounded collaborative team supporting multiple healthcare sites.


Responsibilities

  • Provide Level II service desk and field support across multiple locations
  • Support Windows 10 PC refreshes ERM printing and Windows/Azure Office products
  • Travel to remote offices including Canton NY 1–2 times per month as needed mileage reimbursed
