Job description
We are recruiting a Ghana-based Sales Development Assistant to support lead qualification, outreach, and pipeline coordination.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, confident on the phone, and comfortable working inside a disciplined operating system.
This role starts at 10 hours per week and can scale to 25+ hours per week as pipeline volume increases.
Initial commitment: 10 hours per week
Must be worked between 8:00am UTC and 4:00pm UTC
As hours increase:
Up to 25+ hours per week
At least 50% of total weekly hours must fall between 8:00am–4:00pm UTC
(We operate in a structured, real-time environment — availability during core hours matters.)
Key Responsibilities
Support lead generation and pipeline management, including:
Lead research and qualification:
Identify and research potential prospects
Confirm decision-makers and contact details
Assess fit against defined criteria
Warm outreach:
Conduct structured calls to warm leads
Follow up via email and phone
Book qualified meetings directly into calendar
Pipeline coordination:
Maintain accurate records inside Asana
Update outreach status consistently
Track time accurately against assigned tasks
Flag stalled leads or risks early
You will not close deals.
Your focus is qualification, outreach, and booked meetings.
Required Experience & Skills
You must have all of the following:
Ghana-based and able to work reliably during UTC business hours
Proven experience in sales development, lead qualification, or outbound calling
Comfortable making structured outbound calls
Strong spoken and written English
Experience working inside a task-management system (Asana preferred)
Comfortable with:
Time tracking
Clear activity reporting
Working against measurable targets
Delivery Expectations
Disciplined follow-up
Consistent reporting
Comfortable with accountability
Confident but professional communication style
Detail-oriented and reliable
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in B2B services
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience supporting consulting, operations, or advisory businesses
