- High school diploma or the equivalent in industry experience
- Minimum 5 years procurement or customer service experience in the industrial, automotive, fleet and trucking, oil and gas, or similar maintenance and products industry
- Has worked with a wide variety of related products and high SKU count
- Background in the distribution industry is a plus
- Excellent customer service and self-motivation skills
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Analytical minded
- Locate, read, and report information with accuracy
- Ability to resolve customer conflicts in a professional, courteous manner
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines
- Contribute to a positive work environment that fosters productivity
- Communicate professionally and fluently in English
- Oracle software experience a plus
- Handle incoming order inquiries
- Manage the vendor relationship for all drop-ship suppliers
- Communicate pricing and availability to franchisees with speed and accuracy
- Manage the tracking of product shipments and deliveries
- Research and resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Assist in identifying key suppliers to improve pricing, purchasing habits, and overall performance
- Promptly respond to all inquiries and provide requested information
- Quote freight on drop-ship sales orders when needed
- E-mail co-workers to share vendor, pricing, and other product related information
- Assist coworkers and work together as a team
- Abide by all department and workplace policies

- Must be able to efficiently use a desktop computer equipped with standard keyboard and mouse
- Some light lifting and/or movement of products (boxed or unboxed) and catalogs materials may be involved

Description
SUMMARY:The Non-Stock Product Coordinator position manages the process between franchises and vendors in Winzer's fulfilment of drop-ship orders for all divisions. The job includes, but is not limited to, a high degree of phone interaction with franchisees and suppliers, managing vendor purchase orders and customer orders, obtaining tracking information, reconciling drop-ship invoicing, resolving any customer issues, confirming that pricing data from vendors has been uploaded. Additionally, prioritizing daily workload, working closely with team members, and involvement in the general day-to-day operations of the department will be common.
