We are looking for individuals to participate in our Summer Turnover of vacant units by preparing them for occupancy in a timely manner.

The Seasonal Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing any necessary repairs or replacement of items in the unit in various disciplines common to a maintenance technician - i.e.

electrical, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, and general labor.

The Seasonal Painter is responsible for completing any necessary paint related repairs including preparation of surfaces, filling and/or repairing holes, sanding and application of primer, paint, stains and other finishes.

Strong communicators that can interact professionally with residents, owners and other team members.
Basic computer skills including Email and has the ability to learn new systems such as our scheduling system.
