- Performing high-quality, efficient, and timely repair and installation of CNC machines
- Suggesting enhancements and adjustments to machines, equipment, and processes
- Training customers on service, repair, and proper installation techniques
- Utilizing software and electrical tools to identify damaged components and provide long-lasting solutions for fixing computer-controlled machines and accessories
- Completing required tasks in our service software and timecard system daily
- Traveling to customer locations, typically within a 3-hour radius from home, with occasional overnight stays
- Formal education or training in troubleshooting, repair, and installation of CNC machines is preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience is preferred
- Prior experience in repairing and servicing CNC machines is desired
- Ability to work independently and proactively seek out new customer opportunities
- Valid driver's license and good driving record to ensure eligibility to drive company vehicles
