- Own the math curriculum — Design and develop courses across the undergraduate math sequence (Algebra through advanced topics), with clear learning outcomes and mastery-based progression.
- Design assessments — Create formative and summative assessments that accurately measure mathematical proficiency.
- Leverage AI & modern tooling — Build interactive, adaptive problem sets and automated feedback systems to increase engagement and learning efficacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally — Partner with Learning Design, Product, and Engineering to ship high-quality, technology-enabled math experiences.
- Support accreditation & quality — Align syllabi, credit hours, and academic policies with institutional standards and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- Demonstrated track record of cross-functional collaboration with designers and engineers, and shipping learner-centric educational experiences.
