    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years Behavior Specialist experience required.

    Soliant Education is seeking to hire a Registered Behavior Technician for a school-based position in the Shelton, Massachusetts area.

    Position Details:

    • Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday for the 2024/2025 school year, with potential for contract renewal.
    • Schedule: All holidays, weekends, and evenings off.

    Requirements:

    • MUST be a Registered Behavior Technician through the BACB.
    • Associate's degree or higher from an accredited university preferred.
    • Previous experience working with special needs students (e.g., Autism) required.
    • Previous experience working in a school setting highly preferred, but not required.

    Benefits:

    • Weekly pay, every Friday.
    • Travel pensation available for eligible candidates.
    • W2 contracted position for the entire school year, with renewal opportunities.

    pensation:

    • Hourly Rate: $23-30+/hr, negotiable based on experience.
    • Payment Schedule: petitive and negotiable hourly rate will be determined based on the applicant's experience. Applicant will not be paid when school is closed.

    This is a full-time position following the school calendar schedule. Enjoy time off on weekends, evenings, and school holidays.
