The Field Inspector is responsible for performing inspections and submitting reports on various roofing projects, including residential warranty claims, Malarkey Certified Roofing Contractor nominations, and commercial roofing projects. They will communicate frequently with contractors, customers, architects, and other inspectors professionally by performing the following responsibilities.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience:

A bachelor's degree or a combination of an associate degree, previous industry-related work experience, and licensure or certification is preferred-a minimum of 5 years of roofing or similar industry experience. Knowledge of computers, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, is required. RRO/RRC or equivalent certification is a plus. Will need to complete the OSHA fall training course successfully. Field inspectors should be outgoing, self-driven, motivated, and goal-oriented to be successful in this position. Reliable personal transportation is required. Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record. Experience working with various commercial and residential roofing systems and installation methods is preferred.
