    Saint Agnes Medical Center is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool As an integral part of our dedicated team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to all Med/Surg/Tele, Critical Care, and ED units

    Location: 1303 E Herndon Ave. Fresno, CA 93720

    Pay: $ $64.14/hour (pay based on experience)

    Available Shifts: AM and PM available (Three 12-hour shifts)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on med-surg units across (INSERT NAME) Hospital based on areas of greatest need
    • Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
    • Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
    • Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
    • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

    Qualifications:

    • Current California RN license.
    • At least one-year of direct care experience
    • Must be independent and able to pull and read tele strips and rhythm. The goal of this position is really to have the nurse hit the ground running. We would like to try to avoid having to send nurses to EKG training – we want to just have them take the EKG test and test out
    • BLS and ACLS Certification
