The Clinical Care Leader is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting.Responsibilities
- Documents resident history, symptoms, medications and care provided in compliance with applicable standards/regulations.
- Utilizes technology to enhance quality resident care and collaborate with inter-professional team members effectively delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel assume overall nursing accountability for a resident assignment serve leadership roles on department/organizational tasks forces and committees.
