Responsibilities:

Research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
Provide customers with personalized and professional IT support experiences.
Manage work efficiently to meet customer expectations and service levels.
Establish and execute standard operations procedures for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with technical service team leads to ensure effective support and process improvement.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Install and maintain hardware/software systems across various platforms.
Provide network support including switches, routers, and configurations.
Support a range of devices from Mac and Windows PCs to mobile devices and more.
Utilize Maximo Ticketing system and follow standard processes.
Assist in onboarding new hires for a smooth integration process.

Qualifications:

Technical Institute Graduate (TIG)/ AA or higher -OR-
High school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience.

This role requires obtaining and maintaining a federal security clearance.

U.S. Citizenship Required.
Applicants will undergo a Federal background investigation.
