    Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Cancer Institute Willamette Falls in Oregon City, OR.

    Full-Time/Day Shift hour shifts with no nights, weekends or holidays scheduled.

    $10,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.

    The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist assists the pharmacy management team in the provision of clinical pharmacy services within a specialty area (e.g. critical care, oncology, medicine, surgery).

    Performs all duties in a manner, which promotes team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission and philosophy

    Required Qualifications:

    • PharmD Pharmacy Or
    • Bachelor's Degree BS in Pharmacy
    • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
    • 2 years PGY2 residency training - or - PGY1 residency training and 2 years of experience within relevant practice setting - or - a minimum of 4 years of experience in specialty practice setting

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Within 2 years of hire: BPS Board Certified Pharmacist
