    DB E.C.O. North America is seeking a talented Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a key part in driving our marketing initiatives and executing successful in-person events.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of event planning experience, a passion for marketing, along with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


    Events:

    Coordinate the planning, promotion, and execution of 3-4 in-person events (including delegation trips to Germany) and actively participate in the execution of events.

    Prepare and organize relevant documentation, including agendas, briefings, and presentations for events.

    Manage logistics (venue selection, catering, and AV equipment), coordinating schedules for participants and staff, overseeing the invitation management process, including guest lists, RSVPs, and communication with attendees.

    Create and maintain project planners detailing tasks required for the successful and efficient execution of events.
    Maintain accurate event records, including attendance, auction results and expenses.
    Develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
    Internally coordinate event and conference participation, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with team members.
    Organize and prepare marketing materials for conferences and events, ensuring all materials are present and appropriately branded.


    Marketing:

    Strengthen social media strategy by actively managing social media platforms, fostering a strong online community through meaningful interactions and engagement and the development of content, including visual.

    Collaborate on the creation and production of marketing materials for events.
    Assist in event promotion through various channels.
    Create and disseminate internal newsletters includes drafting content and collaborating with internal departments.
    Assist in maintaining DB E.C.O. North Americas website (WordPress).Writing articles and press releases about DB E.C.O. North Americas projects.

    Assist in improving SEO and developing regular reports on analytics on the LinkedIn page as well as other digital media.

    Manage DB E.C.O. North Americas content library including photos and videos.

    Manage the production of marketing materials such as calendars, brochures, flyers, and presentations (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop)Collect, consolidate, and manage inventory of marketing materials, promotional items, and event supplies.

    Respond promptly and professionally to marketing and event inquiries.
    Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing & Delegation team.

    Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, event management or related field preferred.2+ years experience in an organization, or administrative support role is desirable.

    Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    Self-starter and collaborative team member.
    Proficiency Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office programs and experience in WordPress.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Fluency in English is required, proficiency in speaking and writing German is a plus.

    Comp Range:
