    Role Details:

    • Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
    • FTE: 0.9
    • Shift: Night Shift
    • Schedule: 12-hour shifts; Alternating Weekends
    • Incentives: Sign-on bonus of $20,000, relocation assistance up to $10,000, and student loan forgiveness up to $20,000

    We are looking for a dedicated RN to join our exceptional hospital team.     Key Responsibilities

    • Organize and prioritize patient care efficiently
    • Utilize nursing knowledge effectively following hospital protocols
    • Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance care quality and patient experience
    • Create a supportive learning environment for patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals
    • Advocate for ethical and inclusive patient care

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's in Nursing required within three years of hire; RN with 25+ years of experience may be considered
    • Preferably hold an Advanced Nursing degree
    • Active Washington State RN license
    • Current CPR certification at Health Care Provider level
    • Specialty certification is advantageous
    • Minimum one year of acute care experience preferred
