- Responsible for entry of customer orders from multiple sources
- Process requests for returns, credits & cancellations
- Ability to navigate through a variety of computer applications.
- Refer unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
- Post customer comments internally and perform customer follow-up if necessary.
- Meet and exceed our order entry metrics, customer satisfaction, and quality scores
- Perform additional Customer Service-related tasks as needed.
- Other projects as necessary
- Fast typing skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Effectively address customer queries, and concerns and ensure they result in a positive experience for our clients
- Understanding of policies and procedures for order entry and order expediting
- Excellent knowledge MS Office Excel & Word
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- You must be punctual & reliable
- Order entry and/or data entry experience
- Direct customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- College Degree in Communications or Business Administration Preferred
