- As a CST with Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will prepare surgical procedures for physicians and surgical staff under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will be responsible for complying with safety policies, recognizing & correcting breaks in aseptic technique, performing equipment checks for proper functionality, and reviewing/updating surgeon preference cards. Our ideal candidate has the knowledge and skills to care for patients of all ages while communicating effectively with surgical teams and supervisory staff. One year of scrub experience in an acute care hospital setting is preferred (required for an LPN)

We are seeking a Certified Surgical Tech (CST) for our Main Operating Room in Boise This is a full-time benefited position working on the day shift (4-10s: 7am-5:30pm or 3-12s: 7am-7:30pm).
Main OR CSTs are on-call four 12-hour weekend shifts every 6-week period and are required to meet a 30-minute response time if called in.
