- Vision and Strategy Development - Define and articulate the vision for digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with the customers strategic goals and market demands.

- At least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technology-focused environment.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Located in the Huntsville, AL area or willing to relocate.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Must be a U.S
- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience with digital transformation projects particularly in DoD.
- Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO) or Agile methodologies.
- Technical background, with experience overseeing projects in cloud platforms
