    Description

    The Philadelphia Cricket Club has an excellent on-call opportunity for those looking for evening and weekend hours, about 2-3 shifts per month. We are seeking a service-oriented, charismatic professional for our Front Desk team as a Receptionist. Hours would be nights and weekends.

    If you enjoy helping others in a friendly work environment, this Receptionist position is ideal for you. Our Front Desk team provides the critical first impression for our Member and guest experience, so we're looking for people who are warm and welcoming, and able to provide exceptional and professional service.

    When you join the team as a Receptionist at PCC, you can expect:

    • The opportunity to be the face and voice of our team for members and guests visiting and calling the Club, providing a world-class experience.
    • To greet and direct members, take reservations, answer and route all phone calls, and enter takeout orders.
    • To multi-task and switch quickly from one thing to another as the shift requires - we'll need you to think on your feet to answer questions in a timely, professional manner.
    • The opportunity to be involved with special projects and preparation for member events.
    • A fun working environment with opportunity to delight our members and their guests every day. You'll build member relationships and get to know their names and preferences.

    Requirements
    • Successful Receptionists at PCC are team players with a 'Just Do It' attitude. You have a caring and friendly demeanor and be seeking to exceed member expectations in service and commitment.
    • You will have proven interpersonal skills and, most importantly, will be self-motivated and highly personable, willing to do what it takes to make members and guests happy.
    • You should have strong attention to detail and be able to consistently multi-task.

    Salary Description
