    Position: Interim Workday Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME)

    Job Description:
    Vaco Client is seeking a highly skilled Interim Workday Payroll SME to join our team. As an interim member, you will play a crucial role in resolving issues, providing detailed configuration support, and ensuring a successful rollout of Workday Payroll.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Utilize significant Workday payroll configuration experience to address and resolve complex issues.
    • Provide detailed documentation and training to support both payroll and HR departments.
    • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment of goals.
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent collaboration abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for complex modeling tasks, Word, and PowerPoint.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Workday HCM (HR) in addition to Workday Payroll.
    • Previous exposure to organizational change management within a dynamic environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in situations involving conflict and change.
    • A servant heart approach, focusing on problem-solving and driving results.
