The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify, research, and engage professional and technical candidates through various platforms to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Responsibilities
- Top funnel management of candidate process,
- Working closely with Recruiters to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at proactive candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals,
- Create talent market intelligence data reports for both Recruiters and hiring managers,
- Collaborates with the Manager,Talent Sourcing to define,research processes,data collection technologies associated with the candidate generation function.,
