- Submit Requisition Requests to the assigned Recruiter at Headquarters Service Center
- Ability to be creative in the design of job advertisements
- Recruit candidates from various resources, including but not limited to: job fairs, internet job boards, campus events, involvement in the community etc.
- Point of contact for all items hiring related, including but not limited to: making sure all job advertisements are refreshed and active, reviewing and pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, moving candidates forward in an applicant tracking system from start to finish, and conducting reference checks for management positions
- Coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers
- Enter and maintain data in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate the candidate's first day of work and ensure the completion of ADP onboarding requirements of all new team members
- Previous recruiting and human resources experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to effectively interact with professionals at all levels, both internal and external
- Assertive, outgoing, professional demeanor
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of HRIS
