    We are in search of a highly capable Senior Production & Quality Engineering and Program Management Engineer with a strong emphasis on production engineering, program management, and quality engineering.

    This multifaceted role demands a candidate who excels in DoD acquisition program management, early product development, lifecycle systems engineering, technical knowledge, effective people management, and innovative problem-solving.

    Advanced Program Management:

    • Design, advise, implement, and oversee comprehensive project plans for complex engineering projects.
    • Obtain direction from and report/status progress and activities to government management officials
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
    • Implement state-of-the-art project tracking and reporting systems for real-time progress monitoring

    Sophisticated Production Engineering:

    • Lead the optimization of production planning and processes for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Spearhead innovative manufacturing techniques and integrate cutting-edge technologies.
    • Develop and enforce rigorous production standards to ensure product quality and reliability.
    • Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality personnel to align production processes and data artifacts with new product developments

    Expertise in Quality Engineering:

    • Establish and manage a comprehensive quality control and assurance framework.
    • Utilize advanced statistical techniques for quality data analysis and process control.
    • Conduct detailed failure analysis and lead corrective action initiatives for continuous improvement.
    • Train and mentor staff in quality standards and best practices

    Technical Competence:

    • Proficient in Configuration Management (CM) with a deep understanding of its principles and practices.
    • Experience or knowledge in radar technology and systems, with opportunities for specialized training.
    • Mastery in conducting root cause analysis with a proven track record in solving complex technical problems

    People Skills:

    • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
    • Exhibit emotional intelligence, tact, and the ability to give constructive feedback while recognizing team achievements

    Experience and Adaptability:

    • Extensive experience in managing prototype build shops and hands-on experience in prototyping.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter and lead initiatives.
    • Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, when project deadlines demand.
    • Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including long-term assignments of up to six months

    Innovative and Strategic Thinking:

    • Blend process-oriented strategies with creative, out-of-the-box thinking for problem-solving.
    • Ability to foresee industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Keen understanding of successful early acquisition program management activities and milestones and innovative application to assigned products

    Job Requirements Qualifications:

    • Advanced degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related fields.
    • 7+ years of experience in high-level production engineering, program management, and quality engineering in a manufacturing or engineering setting.
    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
    • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent is highly desirable

    Advanced Skills:

    • Proficiency in advanced project management tools and methodologies.
    • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and industry best practices.
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills. U.S.
