Job Description

We are looking for a safety-conscious driver to transport youth participants, their parents, and/or families to and from group meetings, counseling sessions, community events, and social activities. This is a customer service-focused position, so the qualified candidate is a great communicator who respects confidentiality. The Transporter serves as a role model to young people, demonstrating proper behavior, redirecting conversations, and reporting issues promptly to management.

Must be prompt and on time with pick-ups and deliveries.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License
• Acceptable driving record clearance.
• Ability to obtain a Michigan Chauffeur's License designation.
• Satisfactory physical exam and negative TB test,
• Prior experience driving a passenger vehicle.
• Ability to operate GPS and schedule and organize routes within a program area.
