    Job Description


    The Systems Administrator assists with day-to-day helpdesk requests, prepares hardware and software for new company users, and assists with upgrades and troubleshooting for existing equipment and software.

    You'll assist company users, travel to other sites as needed, and participate in the On-Call IT support rotation.

    Travel up to 50% of the time.

    What You'll Do:
    Assist with day-to-day helpdesk requests.
    Prepare devices for new and current users, including software installs and configuration. Set up user workspaces and ship devices to other sites as needed.
    Perform hardware refreshes and repairs, as well as company cell phone upgrades.
    Perform new user setups and user administration in Active Directory, Office 365, and company Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
    Troubleshoot network issues with software, as well as manufacturing and office equipment, both in-person and remotely.
    Work with vendors to procure hardware and software for users.
    Perform software updates as required and assist users with updates.
    Administer building access and security control.
    Travel to other company locations as needed.
    Participate in On-Call rotation.

    What You'll Need:
    Associate degree in IT field (preferred) or equivalent experience.2 years of experience in helpdesk or IT role.
    Knowledge of computer systems, phones, and other IT equipment.
    Strong ethical conduct and high level of confidentiality.
    Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
    Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work requirements.
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    Ability to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutions.
    Team player with great interpersonal skills.
