- Assist in development contract documents review execution Prepare contracts negotiate revisions while working internal contracts teams needed
- Create SOV schedule values each project maintain monitor Monitor retainage reduction possible Responsible accounts receivables collections stay client maximize quick turnaround Acts liaison between Architects Engineers Contractors Subcontractors Vendors field employees life project Develop strong customer relationships Preplan every task immediate team regards safety Plan job Safety Monitor maintain obtain proper permits required projects Assist accurately estimating pricing change orders maximize volume profitability compromising integrity job safety Continually performs cost evaluation control step project ensure budgetary restrictions adhered compliance stated objectives Maintain profit loss responsibility well other project financials ie Projections Maintain monthly cost complete updates Branch Manager review Tracks all timelines provides accurate concise briefing subs Western Project Team Branch Manager Monitor supervise deployment project ensure achievement quality timely execution Monitor supervises field customers Documentation coordination communication any changes Supervise assists procurement required materials Reviews samples mockups schedules material vendors subs catalog cuts shop drawings fabrication tickets layout drawings surveyor reports ensures accuracy Establishes work plan phase arranges recruitment assignment personnel through Superintendent Create maintain master CPM schedule utilized shared client Provides lookaheads clients Confers technical advice resolve problems Reviews product design compliance engineering principles company standards contract specifications Responsible close-out includes attic stock etc.
