    Our Client is seeking a Teacher's Aide/ One-on-One (1:1) to provide support to Baltimore students with special needs for the school year.

    CLIENT'S HOURS

    • Monday - Friday (during school hours)
    *Immediate Start for the School year

    SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

    • Take Home $2560 +/month
    • Ensure student remains on task academically
    • Ensure student progresses according to their IEP and BIP
    • Assist student(s) with class transition during the school day
    • Provide verbal cues and physical de-escalation tools when student is in crisis
    • Support teaching staff when assistance is requested
    CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    • Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
