MD/OD practice in Sacramento seeks an OD M-F, no call, $600 per diem

Great opportunity for a medical Optometrist to work in an Ophthalmology setting in Californias capital city. M-F only, $600 per diem

For more than three decades, they have been leaders in Sacramentos medical community. They cater to people who demand the absolute highest quality care. Their patients experience the benefits of a customized approach to their eye care and vision correction. Their doctors specialize in LASIK/PRK, Laser Cataract Surgery, Multifocal Implant Lenses, Astigmatism Correction, and Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery.

Overview of the opportunity:

• Mon-Fri 8:30-5
• No call, no weekends
• Tech support for pretesting
• 4 OD lanes total
• EHR: NextTech
• Patients mostly adult to geriatric
• 15-17 patients per day
• Comprehensive exams, surgical post-ops, ocular disease co-mgt, follow-ups
• Practice has top-of-the-line equipment including OCT, visual field, fundus photo, topographer, etc.

Compensation and benefits:

• $600 per diem
• Health insurance
• 401k
• PTO: 5 sick days, 10 vacation days

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.) *Please do not apply if you are not an Optometrist*
• Valid California Optometry license
