Tiger Cub is building a game design team dedicated to creating thoughtful games that help families connect reflect and spend meaningful time together.
I'm looking for Game Designer to join early and help shape the foundation of this team and the games we create. This role is for someone who cares deeply about why games exist wants to help define new category of family-centered play. What you'll do- Co-design core gameplay mechanics systems focused on family connection
- Translate emotional social goals into clear playable experiences
- Prototype iterate on early game concepts with intention speed
- Closely collaborate engineering art storytelling as team forms
