    What part will you play?
    As a Senior Programmer, you will be involved in developing the user interface, system code and standards. This person must be able to remotely support a variety of software deployments to help debug and implement systems.
    Discover new ways to push the boundaries of what a device can do. Collaborate with others to create innovative ideas and solutions where people can meet and learn. This position is for people who are curious, driven, and enjoy the challenge of creating code to solve problems. You will develop code for cloud, iOS, Android and other platforms; primarily utilizing OOP frameworks. Our global programming team pushes the boundaries while working with the latest technologies.
    What will you be doing?
    Coordinate and develop programming and UI/UX design with key project stakeholders.
    Develop and evolve existing company standards and templates
    Lead team level initiatives
    Deploy, debug and troubleshoot code, during testing and sign off
    Creates responsive UI/UX
    Provide remote technical assistance for commissioning and end users
    Read and interpret schematic line drawings and scopes of work
    Working with an international team of programmers
    Mentorship and hands on development of associate colleagues

    Complexity:


    The programmer needs to have a deep understanding of all technical aspects of systems design and UI/UX for complex systems.

    This position works collaboratively with design engineering, field engineering, project management and our clients.

    This position requires a unique set of skills to be successful:
    programming, graphic design and customer service skills. This position must be able to maintain professionalism under pressure while paying a high level of attention to detail.

    A thorough understanding and ability to communicate the system requirements and the client's needs, is vital to maintain expectations between all the stakeholders.


    Decision Making Authority:
    This position has a high level of autonomy. Prioritization management is critical, maintaining key deliverables on a day-to-day basis. Lead project groups while providing support along with guidance. Mentoring and developing team members. Proven ability to take direction and develop solutions.
    What do we require from you?

    Education/Certifications:
    Associates/Bachelors degree required and/or equivalent experience.
    AVIXA General CTS optional
    Other relevant or related certifications qualify

    Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
    Five years or more of experience in development work (front end, back end or full stack)
    C#, Python, Lua, JS, HTML, CSS (other OOP languages are acceptable)
    Experience with AR development is preferred
    AI and machine learning is preferred
    Networking experience is preferred
    Experience with collaborative design tools (eg. Figma)
    Skilled in the use of graphics editing programs
    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products & Visual Studio
    Ability to read and interpret line drawings is optional
    Knowledge of AV industry is optional
    Working knowledge of DSP programs is optional
