- Applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives
- Analyzing and tracking project/program requirements, statuses, budgets, and schedules
- Collecting and interpreting data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs
- Applying government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management
- Utilizing Procurement Management Tool (PMT), initiating PIDs, following through to Award of Contracts, D.O.'s, etc.
- Preparing PIDs (Section B-J), CDRLs, Acquisition Plans (AP) and Justifications and Approval (J&A), Statements of Work (SOWs), GFP Justification memos, etc.
- Supporting reviews utilizing AMS visualizations
- Inputting data into TurboAcq and the Government Furnished Property Module
- Preparing APBs, Program Deviation Reports, and memos
- Coordination and inputs to the Acquisition Program Baseline RDAIS Dashboard
- Tracking and providing the status of CDRL deliverables submitted by the Contractor.
- Entering POM Issue information in the Dualie Issue Sheet Generator database
- Scheduling and attending meetings (virtual and in person)
- Additional tasking may be assigned based on the needs of the government customer.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience or an associate-level degree and a minimum of 7 years of related experience. If no degree is held qualified candidates must have at least 9 years of relevant work experience.
- DoD and SECNAV series instructions
- Utilization of NAVAIR Management Tools
- Development of sound acquisition strategies and execution of integrated Government schedules
- Execution of budget/phasing plans
- SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life-cycle management of military acquisition programs.
- NAVAIR PMT tools
- US citizen with active Top Secret clearance
- Demonstrated analytical skills for cost and performance trades
- Experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs
- Experience in managing program/project statuses and with earned value management (EVM) and schedules
- High level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive personality with the ability to work with limited guidance and supervision
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing competing priorities and initiating projects

We have an opportunity for an experienced Program Analystto support our government customer. In this position, you will perform critical program management, technical, and business analysis as part of NAVAIR PMA-242. This PMA is responsible for the acquisition, development, and sustainment of direct and time-sensitive strike weapons.
