Job summary:
We're seekinga Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver
a great shopping experience for every customer.
Duties include,
but are not limited to,
the following:
Assist customers with questions and recommendations
Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
Keep the store well-stocked,
as also as recover merchandise
Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks,
ostock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards
Ensure a positive,safe,and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers,
as well as associates,and leaders.

high school diploma or equivalent preferred previous customer service experience retail hotel restaurant grocery drug store highly preferred ability follow instructions interpret operational documents required able lift between 30 50 lbs floor above shoulder height meet demands frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting excellent customer service relationship management skills strong organizational communication skills strong problem-solving decision-making skills
