    Title: Staff Product Engineer

    Reports to: Product Engineering Manager

    Based: Torrance, CA – Corporate Office

    Job Purpose:

    Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) is a high-growth, publicly traded technology company seeking a Staff Product Engineer. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic, tech-savvy, collaborative, and understands the dynamics of a fast-growing company.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    ● Characterization of new product performance prior to manufacturing release

    ● Development of engineering database

    ● Development and monitoring of SPC systems for production products

    ● Disposition of Wafer sort and Final test

    ● Yield Enhancement

    ● Support engineering teams with NPI

    ● Change control relating to products in production

    ● Collaborate with reliability / quality team for analysis of RMA Customer returns

    ● Any and all other duties, as assigned

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    ● Detailed knowledge of semiconductor product life cycle from post silicon bring up, device characterization, device qualification, pre-production support, release to volume production and product sustenance

    ● Strong data analytical skills in the evaluation and characterization of power semiconductors

    ● Experience working with GaN or other compound semiconductor devices strongly desired

    ● Strong test development skills along with the ability to define hardware/software needs for debug

    ● Yield analysis and circuit debug experience with 6-sigma quality practices is an asset

    ● Experience working with a variety of technical projects that relate to product and test engineering, failure analysis, design, yield improvement

    ● Demonstrated experience with hands-on product characterization methodologies (planning, understanding of measurement techniques and use of lab equipment)

    ● Understanding of statistical analysis techniques (SPC, CPK, CPU, CPL, etc.)

    ● Ability to write concise engineering reports

    ● Strong knowledge of device physics

    ● Familiarity with industry standard reliability testing and failure analysis

    ● Electrical and Thermal characterization

    ● Familiarity with wafer fabrication and packaging process

    ● Experience in probe and final test operation

    ● Experience with Datapower or JMP for data analysis

    ● Experience with automating data analysis

    ● Demonstrated ability to perform moderately defined tasks relating to all phases of a product life cycle

    ● Demonstrated ability to define and communicate plans for completing difficult tasks

    ● Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a myriad of demands and prioritize effectively

    ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    ● Maintains accountability for actions (ownership of work)

    Requirements:

    ● Basic

    o BS in electrical engineering

    o 5+ years of experience in Product or Design Engineering

    ● Preferred

    o MS in electrical engineering

    o 7+ years of experience in Product or Design Engineering

    o Very strong background in reliability, burn-in circuit design, data analysis, automation, cost reduction, and customer support

    Position Qualifies for the Following Compensation

    Base Salary: $107, $155,852.99
