Summary of Position:
Performing multiple tasks and providing exemplary guest service through all forms of banquet services and setting up of catering events. Events include but are not limited to, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday or anniversary parties, and other large, organized gatherings. These events can take place either at Trails End's banquet room, or at many of the local wedding venues within the area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, as well as returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with event standards and instructions.
• Keeping the buffet line stocked, bussing tables, and serving throughout the event.
• Be able to stay on their feet for up to 8 hours.
• Maintain a clean work station throughout the shift.
• Working offsite events and the banquet room at the restaurant.
• Handle and store food properly at all times.
• Help create an ideal atmosphere for the client's event.

Qualifications:

• No experience required, but preferred.
• Must be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours.
• Must have or acquire Washington Food Worker's Card & M.A.S.T. Permit.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
