    Job Summary

We're looking for a sailboat rigger to add to our staff. In this position, it will be your job to inspect and repair the rigging on a wide variety of boats. This is at a full service boat yard. We use Marine Travelifts to haul out and set down boats.

You'll complete several key repair and maintenance tasks as one of our team. For example, you'll be asked to identify problems in sailboat rigging, standing and running, and repair them. You'll also spend time working on mast electronics, among other boating components.

You'll need to be deeply familiar with how boats work and what it takes to repair them in order to do well in this role. This job often requires going aloft on sailboat masts. Not having a fear of hights is a must.

We'd prefer to hire a candidate who has formal marine training at a technical school, but may hire the right candidate without this training. You can send us your resume to begin the application process
