    Residential Youth Caregiver

    Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a top-notch home and school where over 2,200 pre-K through 12th grade students from disadvantaged backgrounds receive an extraordinary, cost-free education thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey.

    This is a unique and life-changing career for married couples who serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8-13 students living in the home.

    Couples play a vital role in creating a structured environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential. Responsibilities include:
    • Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
    Managing household routines administering medications ensuring student wellness driving students activities planning engaging developmental recreational activities with students leading daily devotions accompanying students Sunday Chapel overseeing budgeting household reporting
