    CACI is looking for a Tier 2 Support Analyst and System Administrator to join the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Theater Medical Information Program-Maritime (TMIP-M) Fleet Support & Training team

    What You'll Get to Do:

    Providing Tier 2 customer support to end-users via phone, email and onsite tech assist.


    Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues with TMIP servers and clients to assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, password changes, Oracle issues, MMM/AHLTA-T issues

    Provide support via email, phone, or onsite visits to USN and MSC ships pier side San Diego Naval Base, Point Loma Naval Base, or the San Diego Shipyards.


    Answer, evaluate and prioritizing incoming calls / trouble tickets via Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Remedy.


    Assist with developing, creating and modifying helpdesk knowledge base documentation and procedures.


    Installing, configuring and troubleshooting the TMIP software system workstations and servers in support of business processing requirements
    Providing informal technical training to fleet application users to include instruction in the user of TMIP.


    Provide a wide range of services in support of the USN patient management software (TMIP-M), ensuring the application has full functionality that allows the users to document and upload their data correctly.


    Instruct users on installation, troubleshooting, maintenance onsite, via email, or over the phone of all developed TMIP systems, servers, and related software applications (AHLTA-T, MMM, Oracle, MIRTH, etc.) while managing multi-channel communications architecture.


    Interact with the contract, government staff, and alike to resolve technical issues while testing the interface of government programs.


    Accommodate overall support and technical inputs such as installation, system administration, how-to-guides, and maintenance.


    Test patches and updates; create and modify SOPs as well as comprehensive install documentation.


    Design, assist, and develop training program elements, modules, and technical courses, conduct training programs on selected topics

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Manage and troubleshoot all medical applications such as MMM, AHLTA-T, , Lexicomp, TMIP Reporting, etc.


    Manage backend infrastructure of TMIP-M suite of applications, including MIRTH and Oracle.


    Manage integration and configuration of TMIP-M suite of applications as it relates to Navy Shipboard and shore facilities including CANES, COMPOSE, SUBLAN, TSCE, etc.


    Must be able and willing to participate in afterhours Duty phone rotation.


    Must be able and willing to work in environments such as Confined spaces ( e.g
    Submarines), i ndustrial areas to include shipyards.


    Must be able and willing to climb/descend ladders, scaffolding, etc

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    Current Secret Clearance


    COMPTIA SECURITY+ certification


    Strong System Administration skills

    Education:
    BS degree in Engineering, Health Sciences or Computer Science

    Experience:
    Five (5) years of experience in Engineering, Systems Analysis, Medical Systems, Information Assurance, Web Development, or Engineering Management to include: Systems Analysis, Systems Architecture, System/Equipment Support, Test and Evaluation, and Logistics support of C4ISR requirements
    Three (3) years of technical experience in support of information assurance/network protection or virtualization projects
