- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in the delivery of speech and language services.
- Implement treatment plans or protocols as directed by SLPs.
- Conduct speech and language screenings without interpretation.
- Document student performance and progress.
- Prepare materials and equipment for therapy sessions.
- Maintain and organize therapy records and reports.
- Provide support in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Completion of an approved Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program.
- Current Colorado State SLPA certification.
- Meet all local and state licensure requirements.
- Experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Commitment to student success and professional growth.
