- Entregar calidad e mejora superando todas indicadores desempeño claves (KPIs): Comp Sales, % Sales to Plan; Conversion & Customer Count, Comp Growth; Aumentada Tráfico; Store Operating Profitability; Fluidez Continua Cuidado, Exam Growth & Retention Goals;
NPS; - Ayudar a apoyar planes comerciales tiendas maximizar ventas beneficios
- Parecerse gerencia tiendas dirigir desarrollar equipos.
