- Pick up and delivery of specified products, verify loads for accuracy and deliver them as instructed by dispater
- Responsible for the maintenance and clean appearance of all assigned vehicles and equipment
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
- Maintain timely, accurate records on sales, inventories and log books
- Always maintain safety standards
- Maintain daily communications with his/her dispatcher
- Handles customer complaints and questions, monitors, and follows up until final resolution
- Look for opportunities to sell additional products and services
