    Job Title:
    Manufacturing Process Engineer (High Volume)

    Overview:
    Seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety while meeting production targets.

    Responsibilities:

    Process Optimization:
    Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to increase productivity.

    New Process Development:
    Lead the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing operations.

    Quality Assurance:
    Establish and maintain quality standards, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure product compliance.

    Production Support:
    Provide technical assistance to resolve process-related issues and deliver training to production teams.

    Data Analysis:
    Utilize statistical tools to monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Cost Reduction:
    Identify opportunities to reduce costs through process optimization and waste reduction strategies.

    Safety and Compliance:
    Ensure manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and standards.

    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports to communicate key performance indicators and improvement initiatives.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
    Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in a high-volume production setting.
    Proficiency in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
